“Worst experience ever.Really disappointed with this company emailed constantly to find out where my order was, no email back and tried ringing on many occasions but was cut off each time. So frustrating. We paid for 48hours delivery two weeks later the parcel finally arrived missed the 21st birthday by a week, and still never had a reply to our e mails. Would never use this company again”

“I didn't receive an order confirmation email after my purchase and no indication of when my order would arrive with the recipient. Also no option to put a message on the gift which was to be delivered to a different address to they would not know who it;s from when it arrives.”

“Lovely tin but unfortunately the actual gift inside was damaged. Had to go out and buy strong glue to fix as didn't have time to return the item and wait for a replacement. Disappointed for my first order. However, accidents happen and it would not put me off ordering from here again.”
