“I recently purchased two personalised backpacks (Tractor and rainbow) for my children to take to nursery with them. They are absolutely fantastic! Very durable, hold a lot of changes of clothes which is needed with two little ones and the designs are fab. My little boy absolutely loves it and takes it everywhere. “Was totally shocked with this company. The website didnt register that I had added my sons name to personalise pencil and pensilcase. When I contacted them they were not helpful at all and said the error was on my side. I still have not recieved my item. They did not send me a confirmation email either so no way of tracking my order or asking where it is. Will not be ordering from them again and will be asking for a refund”

“I ordered the milk chocolate smash cup as an anniversary gift. The website stated 1-2 days production and delivery in 24 hours. It is 6 days later and nothing the item has not arrived. Customer service is poor and there is no confirmation whether or not the item has been dispatched. I will not use this seller again. Terrible service. It is pointless giving as a gift after my anniversary.”

“We were over the moon with the personalised vase we ordered, I didn't order it until late one evening and as it was required for the weekend didn't think it would arrive in time, I ordered with the normal postal service and to my amazement it arrived on Friday morning. Cant thank you enough, it has been very difficult not being able to shop in a normal fashion during lockdown, will certainly keep you on my radar for future anniversaries/birthdays.”

“Very very disappointing service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered vitamins on 18/05/20 and still today 13/06/20 I am STILL waiting. I have had only one email to say that my order has been dispatched on 29/05/20 and since then nothing. Since emailing customer service they have told me that I have received my order and apparently I personally signed for it too. Seems funny since during Covid-19 parcels aren’t being signed for due to social distancing regulations. Something very fishy going on here. I have emailed back explaining that I still do not have the order and I most certainly did not sign for it either. We’ll see whether they reply! I really wish I read reviews properly before I went ahead and ordered from this company. They are clearly very dodgy and some sort of con artists. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”
