The two wine glasses I ordered said online they come with silver gift boxes but when they arrived they were just loosely bubble wrapped in a cardboard posting box, not the individual gift boxes as promised. When I emailed customer service they replied only to say my order was on its way but not acknowledging the missing boxes or doing anything to rectify the situation or offer partial refund. Without the gift boxes I didn’t have the present in its best form for my auntie and uncle who both Celebrated their 70th birthdays and I was a little embarrassed to just give in the bubble wrap. I have had no follow up from customer service again and after two weeks, still no gift boxes. Terrible service and I won’t use this website again.

Hello , the order i received was Wrong , every time I typed on the lines the order of the writing I wanted was shown wrong on your picture the only way it appeared right was when I typed it not in order , I did it three times to make sure the appearance I did was right and it still arrived around the wrong way , I wanted it :line 1 To read : The Line 2 to read Jenkins Line 3 to read Family And at the bottom to read 2021 it then appeared as shown on photo as shown that I have uploaded , please can you arrange for a return for Me abs for it to be re-done the right way Thank you Joanne Mehmet

I personalised my diamond paperweight ( a gift ) and the item I received did not have the full message I have contacted customer services and they are looking into the matter However I was very disappointed

So far I have not received my item (ordered and money taken from my account 15 days ago). I even had to email to ask for confirmation emails to be sent to me indicating that the order had been placed and received by the company!

I received a personalised vase for a gift and was very disappointed. The vase was scraped and there was a diamanté which wasn’t centred in the middle of the vase. Won’t be ordering again and I should have gone by the reviews this company get!

I still have not received my delivery, as I did not set up an account, I can't find my order number and can't raise it as a query on your site, it was an anniversary gift and I have had to purchase another one today, as I am worried, it will not arrive in time for the celebration when our Managing Director is meant to present the gift.

AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could place a 0 review then I would. I chose this website as I specifically wanted a gift for a 16th birthday and a gift for fathers day. I placed the order correctly and spent a long time placing the personalised messages on both items. However both products arrived with no personalised messages on either gifts. Absolutely disappointed as I required the gifts in time for both occasions. I messaged the company and explained that both gifts had arrived without the messages. Gemma in customer care was rude in her message and had no regard for the mistake that had been made and informed me they were unable to correct it as it was apparently my issue. I was not asking for a refund but just to have the gifts re-sent with the messages in place and I would send the incorrect items back. Again she was rude in her email and informed me it was my mistake and could not and would not help. I explained that if I wanted to purchase a plain single glass and a plain wine box then I would have not gone to their sight 'personalised.com' and would have gone to a local store but once again Gemma did not appear to care and just kept informing me they was not going to do anything to correct the order. I then asked for their complaints procedure and I did not receive a response and still haven't. Absolutely shocking for a company to have no customer care what so ever. People need to be aware from ordering off this sight!!!!

I checked my personalisation as instructed before proceeding to checkout, then when my receipt came through it stated no personalisation on all three items I purchased. I emailed the company straight away to check but received blank items the next day. Whilst I can commend the speed of delivery, I now have three items I cannot use and I dont have time to return before fathers day. And nobody had responded to my emails on the matter either. Now I will have to spend more money getting them personalised elsewhere. Sorry but would not recommend.

I ordered by item on the 15th of April and it’s 27th April now. A lady ‘naomi’ emailed me saying ‘ Unfortunately, your order P-00088916 has been returned to us today, with the reason for the return as 'RM return not called for'. But when I emailed back they send me the same email again. I called them and was cut of three times and finally got through only for the woman on the phone be rude & ignorant, no apology for not having my item sent and blamed it on the pandemic and then cut me off! Appalling service and so so rude!

Placed an order on 18th April. No confirmation was sent to my designated email address. Queried this 2 days ago via my other email and was told a member of the team would be back 'typically within 2 working of' Hasn't happened. This does not give me much confidence that I am dealing with an efficient company. I have no idea whether this has been delivered yet. I'm guessing not. So far, so unimpressed.

I made a purchase and paid extra for Next Day delivery. It took 6 days for my order to arrive. I didn't receive a receipt or confirmation email upon purchase. It was only when I emailed them that they decided to send out my confirmation. I would have liked to have cancelled my order and have a refund. However, due to not being sent my receipt or confirmation email I was not able to. When I contacted them, they refused to as 'the order had already been processed. I then emailed a formal complaint and was completely ignored. I am disgusted by the lack of customer care and support and will not be ordering from here again. If you want next day delivery, I wouldn't bother. They fail to tell you that it's next day delivery from when they have completed the order; not next day delivery from purchasing.

Ordered item on monday, still have not received it and this is Thursday, very very disappointed,as it was to put into the coffin of my nephew aged 15 who we buried this morning, not even an Email? Will not be using this site again.mr Joseph Mcferran.

Yet to receive order despite paying for next day delivery. Tried to contact via website link but advised me to try again later.No telephone number. Very poor service. How can you ask for a review before transaction is complete. Very disappointed as vase needed to be here for leaving gift .

So far I’ve not even received my parcel, which I ordered last Thursday for Easter Sunday, I haven’t had any emails to tell me anything other than confirmation of my order and to write a review on a parcel I still haven’t received, I’m a delivery driver, so no surprise it’ll probably end up being delivered 3 moths late by Hermes even though a paid £5.95 for delivery 24 hours after production
