I ordered a personalised cake knife. Handle of knife is not as shown on the picture and is just a plain handled knife and it says its presented in a silver box. It's just a flimsy cardboard box, not presented in any way and the silver box is crushed as only sent in a jiffy bag. Knife has small scratches/ blemishes as box and bag was clearly crushed in transit. You also don't receive any email confirmation after placing your order so cannot check personalisation.

I have not received a confirmation email of my order. I have no idea when my order will arrive. I have got no information at all. Very poor. I have emailed personalise.co.uk but still had no response from them. I will be chasing this up regularly and will escalate if no response. Thankfully paid by credit card.

Hi Rebecca, Your order was placed on Monday 10th August and was dispatched for delivery by Royal Mail on Thursday 13th August .

Seems odd to be asked for a review before the items have reached even been despatched. Also, why is there a blank instead of my name in the fretting part of your review email, when you have my babe from the order I placed. Your review email addresses me as Dear “” . This review is not of the items I bought which I hope will be of good quality

Hello, We're sorry you've received this invite before receiving your product - this sometimes happens as review invitations are sent automatically based on average lead time for personalisation and delivery and some personalised products may take a little bit longer to reach our customers, unfortunately. You can always save the email invitation and review once you receive your product, we'd love to have your whole opinion :) Apologies for the missing name. I'll get our developers to look at this. I am extremely disappointed with the communication and service I have received. I ordered a personalised memory box more than a week ago and have not had any confirmation or information regarding my order. The money was taken from my account immediately despite having no confirmation. I have tried to contact the customer services team several times and have received nothing back other than to check my junk/spam. This was a very personal gift for a child in my school who has recently lost a parent. I am very upset with the experience I have had and will not be using this website again. I have still not received the item or had any communication regarding my order (I don’t even know if it has been confirmed!) What a shame when I can see that others have had a completely different experience. Now, I will have to do a home visit without this gift. I will expect a follow up to this review and the several emails I have sent. As a paying customer, I would have expected at least a confirmation email or some information as to whether or not my order is out for delivery. If I had known I would have this awful experience, I would have used a more trusted website.

The website promoted a discount code for orders above a particular amount. However it not spooky the discount when I shopped. Moreover when I emailed the website contact ids, the responder completely ignored the content of my email and wrote something which I had not emailed them about! I don’t think I’ll use the website again.

What an absolute joke! I tried to place an order for 3 father's day gifts to discover that the FREE delivery would not be able to deliver on time and that to ensure delivery would arrive on time I had to pay £8.95. HOWEVER, I was told the gifts were dispached from different locations and I therefore had to pay two separate delivery charges... so much for FREE!! P&P issues set aside (BTW they did NOT arrive on time after excessive charges) the gifts also turned up WRONG! The INCORRECT PRODUCT (similar but NOT what was advertised) arrived with, you've guessed it, the WRONG PERSONALISATION/wording inscribed! After complaining SEVERAL WEEKS ago, all I have been offered is a partial refund of the product but not the p&p charges (of which there'll be more if I return the gift!) Along comes the next LATE ARRIVAL... UNBELIEVABLY... It too is the INCORRECT product (NOT as advertised) After multiple emails, on my part, trying to get to some type of resolution, I am continually being IGNORED! I am absolutely livid. This company truly lacks any level of professionalism or common courtesy! I wish I could rate it 0/5 but I have to say 1 to be able to leave a review! I feel utterly cheated/conned. I am awaiting some type of response and/or recompense but am holding my breath! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

After contacting the helpline before making my order to make sure the personalised vase would be engraved and sent on time for a 90th birthday and being told there would be no problem, I placed my order. The vase did not arrive and on contacting the helpline again, I was told the order had not been processed. Very disappointing.

Ordered a father's Day gift with expedited shipping (£8.99 postage) ordered Wednesday, arrived Thursday but the glass had a very visible dirt built into the wall of the glass near the engraving. Emailed personalise.co.uk and response is expected 2 working days. (Too late for father's Day arrival for replacement on Sunday. Called parent company sixty stores and (after 11 times of being cut off whilst on hold!) someone finally answered. A woman told me to email photos and on Friday they emailed to they would send out a replacement with no confirmation it would arrive by Sunday. It will not as it is now Saturday late afternoon. If personalise or sixty stores had sorted the problem immediately there would have still been time. I have not been refunded for expedited shipping. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Still haven’t received an confirmation email. I tried to contact them via the email on PayPal, and the email has been rejected as the email address doesnt exist. Haven’t received it yet.

Was totally shocked with this company. The website didnt register that I had added my sons name to personalise pencil and pensilcase. When I contacted them they were not helpful at all and said the error was on my side. I still have not recieved my item. They did not send me a confirmation email either so no way of tracking my order or asking where it is. Will not be ordering from them again and will be asking for a refund

I ordered the milk chocolate smash cup as an anniversary gift. The website stated 1-2 days production and delivery in 24 hours. It is 6 days later and nothing the item has not arrived. Customer service is poor and there is no confirmation whether or not the item has been dispatched. I will not use this seller again. Terrible service. It is pointless giving as a gift after my anniversary.
