“15th November I ordered two personalised chocolate trees and both were damaged when received 19th November. Quick delivery can't fault that. Sent photos of the products and received email they would respind within 2 working says. That's long gone now. In total I have completed the form 3 times and still no respons. I sent emails and still nothing. If they are busy just reply and say that. I can't give damaged goods to children and have lost confidence in this company.”

“I’m still awaiting my order after 13 days, email customer service and all they can tell me it’s in production. Unfortunately I placed another order which I’m still awaiting an update on. In future I will use Gift Moments as their order arrived within 7 days excellent quality and they had track and trace”

“Received the Christmas bauble. Very disappointing, as the inscription is capital letters 5 millimeters and the rest 3 millimeters high. Inscription is so faint that unless it is turned to catch the light it is un noticeable. Would not recommend or use this company again.”

“Since losing both parents recently I ordered 3 personalised xmas balls for myself and my 2 brothers to remember them by each xmas - the balls arrived and only part of the personal message could be read - after reaching out to customer services to see if anything could be done to rectify this I was told NO! I didn't ask for a refund or new items I just wanted what I'd ordered - Very poor customer services and they wasn't cheap either! so now I'm stuck with 3 balls with half a personalise message on each! I'm gutted!”

“Extremely poor customer service. I purchased 4 bears with personalised t-shirts for them to arrive looking as far from cute as bears should be- as they had scowling faces and arms sticking up! Extremely poor quality and not worth the £16 they charge for them. I sent an email expressing my concerns with pictures attached to be told that they look absolutely fine. I continued to express my disappointment for them and that I wasn't happy paying over £60 for them in total and wanted some sort of reinbursement. I have now been ignored on 2 occasions and given no support with my matter. Won’t be using, recommending these, nor will I be giving the bears as gifts as they are that bad.”

“I would not advise anyone to order from this website! Product delivered without personalisation company refused to help when I eventually got anyone to respond to my emails! Even the contact number on the web page is fake. Terrible customer service. I have 2 upset daughters with plain water bottles for the price of £26! Not a huge amount of money but the point is I paid for 2 personalised bottles and this is not what I received!! Order from this site with extreme caution!!!!”

“Bought a calendar on 14/11/20 for my son for Xmas. Realised on invoice 2 minutes later that it was January 2020. Couldn’t phone do emailed them to say please put for 2021 as Xmas present. Got a reply with ticket number. No call back after 5 days so called them to get advised it’s been sent out. I explained about email and they said they couldn’t find ticket number and must be an IT issue... they can’t get through to IT and have been so unhelpful. Never buy of these scammers they have various websites including Shed.co.uk which reviews are awful. Please please don’t buy”

“I received the engraved shot glass in the post today. The glass was broken. It hadn't been packed very well, the glass was placed on top of the bottle, then wrapped in bubblewrap but placed in a spacious box with a bit of padding but not enough. The glass would've been rolling about in the post. Anyway, no phone number to call & complain. No receipt in the box. Not had any 'thanks for your order' email for me to reply to, but I'll keep trying!”
