Item didn't arrive on time. Tracking details given no use. Quick to take the money but not quick to deliver. Won't use again, disappointed and item will be of no use after birthday has passed.

Not very happy with the service at all. I ordered the wrong thing and with of minutes of my order I tryed to change. Got a email the day after and was told there was nothing they could do.. So I've told them that I don't won't it if its not what I've ordered. After trying to change it.. Won't be ordering again

I ordered a personalised lantern for a wedding and unfortunately just a matter of hours after I placed the order I was told the wedding has been postponed. I immediately contacted to request cancellation but my request (only way to contact was via online form) was not picked up until late afternoon the next working day and by that time my item was already in production. Customer services were not helpful or understanding at all and I now have paid for a lantern that is no good to anyone!

I ordered a personalised jewellery box for my friends 40th birthday on the 27th September. I chose standard delivery as the website stated delivery within 2 to 3 days after dispatch, this allowed plenty of time for the order to arrive. Two days before my friends birthday the gift still hadn’t arrived so I emailed to ask the status of my order. Someone did email back straight away asking for my order number to which I replied, but didn’t hear back for a further 24 hours. This email then stated unfortunately this order is on standard delivery therefore it won’t be received in time for the birthday, if you want to upgrade delivery for an additional cost we can get it to you tomorrow. This indicated to me that the order hadn’t even left their premises. I did pay to upgrade delivery and it was delivered the following day. I just feel that the company is only interested in orders with premium delivery options and that their customer service needs to be worked on. The actual product was smaller then I thought it would be but maybe I should have checked the measurements. The engraving was lovely and said exactly what I wanted. The inside was plain whereas I thought it included a ring holder. I wouldn’t recommend this company or product to other people.

I have emailed several times regarding a faulty order and I have been shocked by the lack of customer service. I emailed the first time on the 5th September regarding an order that I had received where the personalisation on one of the items was printed complete wonky, and I provided an image to show this. I received an email reply on the same day saying that a member of the team will review my enquiry, typically within 2 working days. I waited until the 20th of September for a reply but I didn't receive one so I email again asking for an update. I still didn't receive a reply so I emailed again on the 3rd of October. I still haven't received a response of even acknowledgment. This is appalling customer service and it has now been well over a month!

Ordered a personalised book, realised after I went to screenshot order that I had made a mistake, tried contact form , that wasnt working, tried email & messenger as it was after close of business, so hoping they would see first thing. Had email saying already in production, cant alter, it's a fly sheet for a book cover... no way would they consider reprinting. I admit I was wrong on my order, but customer service could have been at least sympathetic and helped, bear in mind they contacted me 2/3 hours after they opened to say it was already in production. Complaint now to directors...money totally wasted

Awful customer service, I have sent through a number of enquiries and never any response. I cancelled an order straight after ordering it and got an email confirming the cancellation yet they still took my money and processed the order. I have been waiting over a month for someone to get back to me! It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone. Would never use again.

Generally not even sure what to review. The gifts are nice but the fact that they don't give you updates on when it got dispatched ir delivered is very poor. For example I wanted to surprise someone but I had no idea where the gifts were and whether it would reach the right day

Do not order of this website, I ordered an item with sentimental thought behind it on the 15th of September for 7.99. After paying 8.95 delivery for NEXT DAY guaranteed delivery it still hasn’t arrived. I have looked for a contact number for this website for days and emailed countless times with no reply. As you can tell I am less than pleased. The contact us page is useless as when I am contacting them it’s saying error. I want this fixing now or like I said in the email I sent out today I will be taking this further.

Ordered a mini chocolate smash pot. Item arrived damaged. Online contact form would not accept my order number. No response to emails. No telephone number for contact. Needed it for a birthday in 4 days time. So have had to order another from somewhere else.

Ordered, item was broken and they have not replied to any messages. SixtySixty not answering the telephone. Will have to go through credit card to get refunded. Dont order!!

Very disappointed, the item arrived at my friends for her wedding anniversary, smashed to pieces, if you’re sending glass via post or courier try packing it properly so it arrives as it should

Misled as personalised bottle of red wine received without presentation box. The advert showed personalised bottle in blue lined cardboard box. I would never have paid £18+ for personalised label and ordinary bottle of red wine. On checking order confirmation I see there is no mention of box. A complete con. Also disappointed with label!!

I can also see our customer service agent has been in communication with you and asked for your details so they could help you further. I'm sorry you felt so very negatively about our service to give us 1 star although you placed your order on the 17th of August and we delivered within the lead time promised on the product page.
