“Much cheaper price on the bench I bought than elsewhere, so I worried there would be a reason for that but I have been pleasantly surprised. Faster service than expected and the bench was exactly what I ordered.”

“We received our delivery on Friday almost 2 weeks after placing the order. It was a surprise as I was expecting it to take around 4 weeks for delivery due to covid . The driver who delivered our slabs was great and went out his way to get the items off the truck and delivered to us in horrible weather. The only negative is that I didn't know the item would be delivered that day luckily I was in but also the slabs had been badly wrapped and unfortunately two of the slabs had broken. It shouldn't stop us from doing the work we planned though.”

“Hard to provide an informative review as the start of the job is still a little time away; the time between order and delivery was short, so that's a +. The delivery itself was fine; the driver was genial and did a good job. The slabs seem to be well packed, and undamaged, but as the job hasn't started yet, the packs remain unopened, so any further comment isn't possible.”

“Terrible customer service couldn’t get to do the work on them because of lockdown then when it came to lay them most came out of the box broken and the rest just shattered when they tried to lay them. Customer service said it had run out of time we should have checked before as if they had never heard of lockdown. The slabs are very thin and of poor quality. Customer service didn’t want to know and sent horrible texts back. I am in the process of getting the ombudsman involved this shouldn’t happen. Disgusting.”

We are unsure why the lockdown prevented you from checking your paving that had been delivered to you. As stated on your order confirmation we need to be informed of breakages in good time.

“I did ask to be contacted before delivery but this didn't happen. However, luckily I was available by phone at work when delivered and the friendly driver was able to deposit my slabs in a convenient place. All slabs just as advertised with no damage.”

“Found what we were looking for to renew existing patio . Ordering easy however a day after we ordered we were informed the Paving stone we had selected was out of stock . They offered an alternative which was acceptable. Delivery was efficient . Waiting time quite swift especially during this Covid crisis . Overall very impressed with product and customer service . Would use this company again .”
