“Arrived 3 days later than expected, but could have been the couriers fault. Slabs arrived whole but some had big chunks in corners which made it harder to level out when laid,other than that everything was satisfactory.”

“A really easy to use website. Straightforward ordering. Quick delivery , 3 days, which is exceptional for such a bulky item during these strange times. Originally was planning to buy exact number of single slabs needed from local diy but getting the pack proved to be cheaper. It has left us with extra slabs but no doubt they will be useful for the next project . To be honest, they were such good value that might give them to my neighbour to use without feeling I'm financially losing out. Also had left instructions for the delivery driver about placement on the website. I was out when they arrived and he had followed instructions to the exact spot”

“I ordered ballast, sand and paving slabs 17 days ago with a quoted delivery time of 5-7 days. The slabs arrived after 9 days but the rest of the order hasn't arrived - Paving Superstore aren't answering any requests for further information - I've had two reminders to review them though. The slabs are nice, shame they can't be installed!”

“Incredibly fast delivery and really nice stones. Unfortunately so quick they had been dispatched before I began to have second thoughts on the colour. They are nothing like the photo on the website (looked much darker online and had been photographed in the rain) Even though they had only got as far as the local depot I was told they would cost £600 to send back. To be fair I had read all T&C online so I canÕt complain but for once they were too efficient. Also despite informing when ordering that an 18 tonne lorry would not get down our lane they sent a 16 tonne lorry instead (not a 7 tonne lorry as It says!) Pretty good though.”

“AVOID this company!! Having placed an order for a children’s playhouse I was advised that the delivery would be 14 days... that’s fine however no communication to advise this had been changed to 3 weeks. When I called to find out when I would be receiving my order I was then told they didn’t know and they were waiting for an update from the manufacturer. How they can advertise something in stock if it isn’t? False advertising. The customer service representative who answered the phone certainly needs re-training her attitude was absolutely ridiculous, speaking over me, incredibly rude!”

“Ordered 28 m_ of castle grey sandstone, it was delivered in 3 days even though they warned me that there could be delays. Due to the size and weight of the pallets delivery was a bit tricky but the driver managed in the end, once I've unpacked the slabs I was very pleased to find only one of them was damaged (out of 150+ slabs) The slabs are very nice and rustic looking and the colour is quite even.”
