“parts sourced very quickly, smaller parts received within two days but unfortunately the largest part ( a front bumper ) has not been delivered yet. Telephone calls tell me it is on its way and should have been delivered today, nothing came. Couriers appear to have problems with deliveries in our region.”

“I've always had a good response from Parts Gateway. The moment I put out a search, the responses come back pretty much in less than two hours. It's the sellers, however, I have a problem with. It took many phone calls to get one to send through some pictures of the part. Another, despite two to three calls, never sent the pics. In the end, I got the part on ebay. The pics had already been uploaded, the response was fast. Maybe Parts Gateway could change the format a little so that sellers have to upload pictures of the parts when they respond to the enquiries. It helps save time and gives the buyer the assurance that comes with knowing the condition the part is in.”

“Parts Gateway proved to be very useful indeed putting me in touch with several used parts dealers, they quickly got in touch and offered me used engines all at competitive prices. Once I selected an engine that suited my needs and paid for it, it was delivered within a few days, very satisfactory”
