“The part its self took longer than stated and I had tried to contact several times on the number provided on the email I also text and emailed and had no response, when the part came it was wrong but however even though an inconvenience they did give a full refund no questions asked. And was back in my bank account with in 48hrs”

“I required a replacement for a front offside wing mirror for a Volvo S40 in dark blue. Although they had the part in stock it wasn’t in the correct colour. The staff were very polite and professional and dispatched the part immediately, which arrived promptly, well packaged and in a cardboard box.”

“I was really pleased with the service I received but although I gave my Corsa as being a 2016 vehicle and I did give my number plate as being BD65OPY I think I received the wing mirror that was the version before my car so not the latest model. Although I have not had it installed I hope it will be acceptable.”

“Parts arrived on time, but were delivered to Post Office. Unable to open and check as indicated as P O will not accept them back if opened. Seems like a strange instruction. If you do not trust your delivery method - use another courier. Otherwise, just waiting for part to be fitted.”
