“The part was in really good condition and exactly as ordered. This is a great service but is let down by the message about "Next Day Delivery" - Next Day it isn't. Now the thing is I was not in a hurry for the part - what really bugged me was receiving an email asking for feedback on the part before the part had even been delivered. This site would be so much better if they were realistic about delivery times and not over promise. They have some wording about this but the high level message in the quote is next day and that is what people focus on.”

We are sorry to hear you did not receive the item within the timescale the seller quoted. Please note each seller specifies the delivery timeframe (not PartsGateway) and that is based on their choice of courier. Please also refer to the quote where it clearly states "estimated".
