“After entering registration number it was a short time before availability was forthcoming, after selecting the supplier the next step was strait forward to contact or pay through the icon, transaction is then complete.”

“The first company that quoted my part, an alternator was Salfords and Vauxhall, not only that they had a higher price, but I told them I need the part the next day, they sent me a wrong part, now I had to send them the part back at my expense and wait for about a week so they receive it and send me another one, they made a mistake and they wanted me to pay for it, I bought the part from the second company which they send it to me almost in time and at a cheaper price, the company is Notthingham Ford, for the first company I would give them very poor rating considering how they hung up the phone on me and send me from one receptionist to another waisting my time, but the final rating im giving is for the Notthingham Ford which sent me the right part almost at the promised time.”

“The first part I was sent was unfortunately broken. I reported this in time and have had a replacement sent out straight away which is in good condition. Some times these things happen and its how it is dealt with that matters - which was very courteous and very prompt. I would have no hesitation in using again. Thank you for your service.”
