“I found what I wanted on the Parts Gateway website but had some difficulty ordering online. I decided to telephone direct, spoke to the supplier in Nottingham, paid and the component was delivered in two days. A good service by the supplier but the website needs some attention.”

“Received the purchased part in good time, well packed and at a great price. A couple of not vital securing parts were snapped off the headlamp mounting frame but I was able to work round this easily enough and they were less important than the ones snapped off the frame I was replacing. That's plastic for you! Not mentioned by the seller (and could easily have been not noticed if it wasn't thoroughly checked) but as said I worked around this. Still better than the unit I had to replace so all in all a good purchase and very happy with price and delivery.”

“I only gave you a good remark as I did think that I was getting a red cover one but it turned out to be black. I wanted a red one, because this was for a friend of mine who is very ill man and instead of being able to just putting this on he now has to get it painted. Also one of the clips underneath had snapped off and I had to glue this on (hopefully this will hold). With regards to the efficiency of the man who sold this, I thought was good and delivery very fast which deserved the good review. Elaine”

“A good parts location source. Use them regularly mostly to a satisfactory result. The only thing to be aware of, is suppliers quoting for the supply of parts they don't actually have available, presumably in the belief they will get a donor vehicle in time to fulfil the order. Unfortunately, I have been let down badly on a few occasions (five weeks delay, blaming the distribution company, etc., until they admitted they did not have the parts and refunded my money). On balance, I would recommend.”
