“I could not fault anything about the transaction. Delivery on time and correct location and a week after fitting my second hand gearbox I have had no problems . I will return to Parts Gateway in the future when requiring any other parts for my car.”

“Very easy site to handle and the quotes came very clear though some of them had to wait 24 hours before I had them. Overall the experience was very good. The first part I ordered came in 48 hours, the second one has not arrived yet (it has been five days since ordered!) Very pleased, I will use the site again”

“Ordered Skoda heater resistor as mine had stopped working on setting 1. Part received and works ok. It is obviously a reclaimed part which accounts for the low price. I think that the reply to my original enquiry should have made it more clear that reclaimed parts are being sold. Otherwise no complaints.”

“I had no issue with parts gateway. My problems were with the company I purchased from. They sent the wrong part and I had to send it back at MY expense. Poor communication led to me asking for a complete refund and miraculously the part arrived the following day with no reimbursement for sending the first part back. Appalling customer service from BM Bitz”

“First time I had found out about and used partsgateway. Keyed in my registration number and the part required and hey presto options were received, and the part requested despatched to my door. What more could you ask for. Will definitely use again in future.”
