When part arrived it was scratched in several places (though most were able to be buffed put). Yodel driver refused to let us check the part on delivery, despite receiving an email from you saying it had to be checked before accepting delivery.

The parts were of good quality when they finally arrived, the courier Yodel were absolutely useless and made no real attempt to locate our address Quarry Motors were helpful but a 10 day delivery is just too long

Supplier promised "used but in good working order" but - a: sent goods to wrong address and b: parts were no better than the ones I had removed. For £24 I can't be bothered to return them so simply won't use this supplier again. Also I am a Mercedes Benz owners club member so will review this " specialist used Mercedes parts dealer" among my fellow members.

Parts did not arrive in advised time scale, after contacting seller the parts still did not arrive in when advised. Was advised to inspect the parts and not to sign for or accept if damaged, or allow delivery person away until goods were inspected, but the goods were delivered by post and no signature was required so postman had no reason to wait. When inspected the goods had been damaged but not in transit, damage was done prior the goods being packaged. Some one has tried to dis-assemble the switch /number plate light contact moulding from the body moulding and in the process has broken the switch moulding in 3 places, they have then put it back together and in the process have further damaged the contacts on one of the number plate light bulb holders. (Sheer incompetence!) Suffice to say on this experience, I will not be using this supplier again, and I would not advise anybody else to do so. But on contacting seller they were very understanding, they asked for pictures of the damaged goods and are going to send a replacement out today. Hopefully this will turn out well in the end. APART FROM A LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE DISPATCH DEPARTMENT THE ITEM REQUESTED TOOK TWICE AS LONG TO ARRIVE, BUT ONLY THEN FOLLOWING A PHONE CALL. THE ACTUAL PART WAS GOOD VALUE.

The supplier : Delivered my engine not wrapped up, damaged to the filters resultingly. The deliver drivers were high on weed, leavin the engine also smelling of it too, parts missing from my purchase, unable to speak to the manager on numerous occasions : defiantly do not recommend engine components!!!

Wrong part sent to long for delivery and cost to much to send the part back , I had to buy anew part so I could travel back home from Reading which was a day longer than plans

Your make an offer facility is not helpful as when you do ask your told that's the price take it or leave it .Apart from that can usually get what I want from either yourselves or 24/7

Parts were sent very quickly, so this is no reflection on the supplier, however I've yet to receive the part as an attempted delivery was made and missed, so tried to reschedule another date for delivery with the courier and their site is not working 100% to use this facility, despite using their contact us form from the site on 2 separate occasions I'm yet to hear back from courier.

Friendly service. Parts arrived ok. Glovebox was fine but wipers poor tho' described "good as new".

That gearbox did fit my needs but have to use a navigator to see the speed I am travelling in as it was a bit different

Not very happy. Asked for an osf mirror in silver for my kia, TXD sent me one out in black. I phoned them saying i asked for one in silver he replied they send any colour out. The quote stated silver. I was told to send it back AT MY OWN COST not very happy
