Never stated the part I was receiving was second hand! But!...problem sorted! Suppose some warranty is better than none! Part did arrive prompt!

Delayed delivery was quickly corrected after a phone call. However a drivers side wing mirror was received instead of a passengers side one and had to be returned and replaced. I am disappointed with the replacement which is damaged and in poor condition. Hardly what I was expecting

Nice enough people, deliveries OK, but unfortunately wrong part delivered on two separate occasions re: teeth size on ABS ring & spline count on drive shaft.

I am sure this site is fantastic I just think I was very unlucky with the part that we ordered from a breaker who sent us the wrong part for my daughters car and now will not collect or refund the item. So for me I do not think I would order via this site or any other site I would prefer to source locally to avoid all the problems that we are having now.

Ordered part spent £65 at garage getting it stripped down only to find part was useless as more rust then one I had bushes were gone and could be replaced but for a lot but generally couldn't use it complained and got a full refund which due to Christmas was ages but still out of pocket £65

Using the parts gateway site is easy. Dealing with the sellers can be a nightmare. Terrible customer service when you are spending a lot of money is not what I expect, but sadly was my experience. Trading standards soon to be on speed dial I fear.

Ordered an oil dipstick which turned out to be the wrong size but received a refund quite promptly when i returned it to Heybrooke auto parts .Staff on the phone were always helpful .

The first item sent was incorrect so that I had to return it at my expense. The correct item was eventually sent.

Very helpful in ensuring correct part was selected. Delivery was however a complete shambles. Given three successive delivery days, none achieved. Finally delivered at 20 to 11 at night, to home rather than as planned during working day to garage, 4 days late causing inconvenience and delay to garage fitting part and us waiting for car. Part seems to work so far.

The item arrived quick, reasonable cost. But seeing as the inside of the glovebox was covered in dust and mouldy, I did not fit it, and binned it. Had to get one from land rover, at great expense as I needed it quick. Will not use again...

No beef with Parts Gateway, it does what it says on the tin. Supplier's customer service & communication were not very good, however Does Parts Gateway vet their suppliers ?

Hi I received the part but retuned it because it was faulty and I also phoned the dealer who said he would sort it out for me. since then nothing I would like a full refund or I will be taking further action. I await your earliest reply.T.Jones

I asked for a right front shock absorber, and was sent a right front strut: this also has a coil spring and connecting flanges. This was fortunate, because putting a new shock absorber into a strut needs specialist equipment. The ex-scrap strut was about half the price of a new shock absorber. The strut that was sent was covered in dust, and the paint was chipped in one of the parts, with rust. After brushing and a coat of GT85, the strut now looks fine for occasionbal leisure use.
