“I will start by saying I would definitely use PartsGateway again. This order was a challenge though. They told me they had an exact fit for a wing mirror (and it did look very similar) but it wasn’t the right part. However when I called them they realised their error and they refunded the mirror cost and the return postage. They have done all that was asked of them to sort out the error.”

“Picked a breaker that showed photos of parts,still got wrong part, picked another one and they quoted 69pounds ,brand new from dealer 90 pounds ,not that good really.”

“Good communication to ensure the correct part was shipped. Disappointed that they took 3 days before shipping the part so it took 5 days in total to arrive. When it did arrive the inner drive shaft boot was split. I replaced this as I had a spare but it took more time. So a mixed experience.”

“The part its self was great but delivery wasn't so great. The part was delivered by parcel force with no tracking number so I was unaware of delivery and missed the first delivery and then had to wait all weekend for redelivery Monday to not have a tracking number I couldn't check delivery times. When ordered we should be given details on delivery”

“recieved item and appeared to be okay but did notice a red dot on one of the struts it was not until I came fit that realized there was a securing spring missing needless to say on the one marked with a red dot luckily I managed to use one of the old springs from the strut I was replacing, the supplier obviously new the spring was missing and had marked it with a dred dot but still supplied it anyway !!!”

“Throttle body was full of dirt spent 2 hrs cleaning it which wasn't good ☹️ hoping it's not another one that's lasts a week then dies will find out tomorrow when it gets fitted that's all I can say for now. I let you know in a week after it's been run going to work and back 🤔”
