“Good response but as for lankashire commercials not happy at all with them part was wrong when I siad I had refused the delivery and tried to explain they got very aggressive and would answer phone after trying to call bac big thumbs down”

“Bought a left rear bumper for my Volvo from MotorHog for a reasonable price but the bumper was the wrong type. My car is a 2010 make but they sent a 2004 bumper and I am now in the process of returning it. So, not so happy.”

“Everything was very good until the part turned up.It was wrong,I phoned them let them know it was wrong,E-mailed two photo's of the correct part,and returned the wrong part.I've not had any reply yet.”

“Good range of quotes however I didn't receive any documentation or receipt of purchase until I chased it up with the online query form even though payment was taken immediately. The part did arrive in good condition and well packaged although it was supposed to be next day delivery and took over 2 days.”

“The service from PartsGateway was good, although the supplier of the part I required, despite the glowing reviews, was not great. Whilst accepting that mistakes happen - the part was not right, and even if it had been correct, was not in a good condition (I couldn't have used it). With the detailed information provided, it's hard to see how they got it wrong. No response yet from the supplier, although I have now managed to obtain the part myself. Perhaps it would help if the part supplier sent a photo via PartsGateway (as they do on Ebay), plus any relevant part numbers before the customer completes the order and sends the payment, saving everyone time and courier fees.”
