“Item was received quickly and of excellent condition (spare wheel and tyre for Fiat Panda.) Unfortunately it was not the right size and I did e mail back twice but received no reply. I cannot phone as I do not hear well enough. Apart from this the above comment would have been excellent.”

“The staff at Quarry Motors were very pleasant and helpful and the switch cluster I purchased is fine. However, the delivery side of the equation was awful. I received text messages to say it would be delivered by 4pm, got an email like this the following day to write a review - but still no delivery. At 8:15 the following morning the delivery guy arrived - and didn't appear to be too happy. Hence my "average" rating.”

“Part I ordered came,but noticed when I removed cover on the mirror that the prongs to hold it on were broken and double sided sticky tape was used to hold it in place,apart from that the mirror was fit for use”

“Great way to get items but they offer no help whatsoever in resolving issues with suppliers. They contact them asking to resolve but there is no follow up or any accountability. I have bought 100's of items and when it goes wrong nothing is done.”

“hi i have been given deferent suppliers of a gearbox i was after but iv given all the details , but when going to the quote stayed iv paid for one delivered and not right??? now second one want pictures of the gearbox thats in car???? this experience has so far cost £250.00 to take gearbox out and put same one back in. on a positive note both times have been given full refund for goods but not labour costs regards Guizeppi ps still looking”

“The wheel nuts that I bought were listed as genuine Vauxhall/OEM. When they arrived they were nothing of the sort. They were Saab bolts that will fit Vauxhall. If I wanted a sustitute, I could have bought the same bolts much cheaper elsewhere. On a positive note, when I complained, I was offered a refund. I am still out of pocket because it cost me the potage both ways. I shall be very wary of buying through PartsGateway in the future.,”

“Quite a good idea to search the country for car parts on line although only one reply ensued, eventually I found what i wanted but had to pick it up myself after 5 days as it was only 6 miles away, i would certainly use the service again.”
