“Very helpful in ensuring correct part was selected. Delivery was however a complete shambles. Given three successive delivery days, none achieved. Finally delivered at 20 to 11 at night, to home rather than as planned during working day to garage, 4 days late causing inconvenience and delay to garage fitting part and us waiting for car. Part seems to work so far.”

“The item arrived quick, reasonable cost. But seeing as the inside of the glovebox was covered in dust and mouldy, I did not fit it, and binned it. Had to get one from land rover, at great expense as I needed it quick. Will not use again...”

“Hi I received the part but retuned it because it was faulty and I also phoned the dealer who said he would sort it out for me. since then nothing I would like a full refund or I will be taking further action. I await your earliest reply.T.Jones”

“I asked for a right front shock absorber, and was sent a right front strut: this also has a coil spring and connecting flanges. This was fortunate, because putting a new shock absorber into a strut needs specialist equipment. The ex-scrap strut was about half the price of a new shock absorber. The strut that was sent was covered in dust, and the paint was chipped in one of the parts, with rust. After brushing and a coat of GT85, the strut now looks fine for occasionbal leisure use.”

“Item was received quickly and of excellent condition (spare wheel and tyre for Fiat Panda.) Unfortunately it was not the right size and I did e mail back twice but received no reply. I cannot phone as I do not hear well enough. Apart from this the above comment would have been excellent.”

“The staff at Quarry Motors were very pleasant and helpful and the switch cluster I purchased is fine. However, the delivery side of the equation was awful. I received text messages to say it would be delivered by 4pm, got an email like this the following day to write a review - but still no delivery. At 8:15 the following morning the delivery guy arrived - and didn't appear to be too happy. Hence my "average" rating.”
