“The strut fitted but was not the manufacturer's colour coded part for the particular XC90 I own. Supplier should check the vehicle details a little more thoroughly before despatching parts for Volvos”

“Parts Gateway was great, very efficient. Although I wasn't to impressed with the company I chose (Bradgate Motors) to use as the Coil Springs I ordered were rusty...worse than the ones I was replacing. The parts should be good enough for an MOT otherwise it is pointless. However, I would highly recommend using Parts Gateway it is quick way to compare prices. But maybe be more selective than I was when choosing the company. (I did go for the more expensive price to try get a better service)”

“I Ordered the part from Bradgate Motors it arrived by post in Two Days which was very good but unfortunately it was not the part I required and despite much effort by Bradgate Motors They were unable to supply the part I required and asked me to return the incorrect part for refund which i have done”
