“Everything was ok, delivery of part took a little bit longer than expected but no big issue, however when I have asked for the receipt and information regarding the part (engine) supplied, verbally sounded ok, but I needed written evidence of mileage , what age of car was this part from etc, Like I said verbally ok but upon requested @ least 3 time even given them there quote reference details, would still like the documentation as it tidys things up and brings this task to a close?”

“The part i needed came two days after I ordered it, it needed a little cleaning as it was a used part but that was no problem. Fast and friendly service (I called them to double check I'd picked the right part). Will defiantly use again.”

“The process of specifying a part, getting quotes and ordering based on a quote was all very painless. The only problem was knowing when the delivery would take place. I was notified of dispatch with an estimated 1-2 business days for delivery. After 3 days I phoned for info, in response I was sent the info on how to track the item. If I had been sent the tracking info earlier I wouldn't have had to phone!”

“The part I wanted arrived very quickly after the order , was in good condition although the package looked rather battered on arrival. Also it as very good value for money. Will be happy to use the service again if it becomes necessary.”

“delivery fast . goods correct . small problem fitting as fixing clip is special and has a sloping plug. fitted it with a large hose clamp now car runs well . thanks John Perry”
