“We were fairly pleased with this bumper as the chrome was in good condition and it is a good price but it was very badly corroded on the inside and just about usable. My husband had to treat the rust by painting over it.”

“Part eventually arrived & was as described but the deliverer refused group allow me to inspect the item before signing so I strongly suggest you change your disclaimer procedure as it's clearly ineffective !”

“received the next day. Exactly as described. Excellent. The reason for only 3 stars is that the delivery company (or at least their driver) does not allow the parcel to be opened before signing in their presence,nor signing as damaged before opening. My part came from Motorhog, who require either one or the other. Luckily the part was OK. Motorhog need to sort out their carrier.”

“Good part however I was expecting g it to be clean and not oily. The pump makes a noise when the wheel is turned, but it resolved the issue. It would have been nice if that was described.”

“I got two quotes and contacted one company and bought the item arrived but was wrong refund issued as correct part unavailable, contacted second company to check they were quoting for correct item only to find they weren't”

“initial delivery was very quick - but part supplied was incorrect. My PartsGateway order was for an electrically operated Golf door mirror, but the part supplied, initially from MotorHog was for manual operation. MotorHog subsequently replaced this part with a correct one (albeit in a different shade of green) promptly.”

“Parts ordered and confirmed were not delivered. (rear light cluster plus plug). Cluster was delivered, plug wasn't. I had to pay extra for plug. Took a total of six days to get both parts.”

“Part supplied was perfect, exactly what I ordered and in very good condition. Packaging was fit for the crown jewels. A slight problem with delivery, ordered On a Monday, had email Tuesday saying goods despatched, had text on Thursday, to say goods despatched today and gave tracking ID. Track ID took me to "Narcotics Anonymous" website. Rang company -said goods despatched today (thurs) by "Yodel" . Parcel arrived Friday and was left with a neighbour ( I gave list of suitable door nos). Postcard said it was left at 67, which was not on my list, 67 did not have it so tried 57 and it was there,, well done Yodel”
