“I thought as i had put make and model of car into the system that i would receive the correct mirror. I also thought the mirror i ordered was electric and its manual. I called helpline and was on hold as lines busy for 40 minutes so i gave up Not happy”

“Concerned that I only got one quote for each part. Used to get several. Hope it`s not some kind of price fixing. other wise this is a good site to get second hand parts at reasonable prices. service is very good and excellent from some sellers.”

“The part I ordered took 10 days to arrive. However, when it did come it was the wrong part. I ordered a front bumper and received a back. However, I was immediately credited with the full amount I paid. There service in that way was excellent. Not sure what to do with the back bumper though”

“Part arrived after fitting to car was found to be found faulty after paying £260 for fitting I would have had to pay same again to remove part and fit a new 1 which I could not afford”
