The wrong par was sent but on contacting 4X4 I was immediately given a refund so I am not out of pocket. Unfortunately they did not have the correct part available so purchased elsewhere for less money.

Finding parts very helpfull.disappointing isthat most of suppliers charging higher prices compareing to brand new replacement parts.also charging vat on scrap cars parts plus delivery charges.i dont know is they have right to charges like this.scrap cars have no vat.these things are addressable.should be no vat price must be cheap n reasonable.

Really pleased with the quick delivery, but to say you had the registration number and the make of the car the item revived was the wrong one and to small

Bought an OSF headlamp for a Vectra. Arrived on time. Part worked (only one bulb needed replacing) and part was cheap. Delivery driver threw it over my garden fence destroying some of my wife's plants though and it was raining (not good for cardboard).

Ordered a door for a Toyota Prius - was told by the supplier that it was in perfect condition - arrived with 2 small dents. I don't know if this was an issue with the supplier or the courier but I think it is something that need to be addressed by the umbrella organisation (the web site)

When part was ordered I paid for it only to get a phone call days later to say more money was needed because it was outside mainland Britain and delivery was terrible said it was coming on certain day and had to be signed for took day off work only to be told it wasn't coming till next day was told to late

Parts Gateway put us in touch with a supplier for a parcel shelf needed for our 2011 Vauxhall Astra Tourer Estate which was received promptly and in perfect condition BUT this was after the first attempt to obtain the above from another supplier namely The Mill Walk Garage who sent the incorrect model - they have accepted a return and have told us a refund is on its way after much badgering but refuse to refund the £26.53 postage it cost us to return the item - not happy with this at all as full correct details of the vehicle where provided and we do not feel it is our fault that the item had to be returned

The idea works great. However it is only human to select the best price with reasonable delivery time. Anglia Salvage was that company, however: I ordered evening of the 8th Feb. No communication. Rang them on 16th Feb to be told there was a problem with first item so dispatched on that day. No further communication until email received on 22nd to say item dispatched ?? So not on 16th.!! Item finally received on 27th Feb. Good job I was not in a hurry!!

Partsgateway did a good job of finding a supplier, but the supplier let both of us down. I received and email - part was dispatched, but hadn't been, when I chased tracking info, I was told the courier didn't call. When I chased tracking info following working day, I was told the part they had was faulty and had to get another one, this was a further days delay. I was promised a delivery refund, I haven't received this yet. When I finally got the part, it was very good, shame it took so long, this review could have been so much better.

I’m not very pleased with my order, I ordered a chrome grill and I looked briefly at the parcel before I signed for it, but on a closer look after there were clips broken. Original order. (NSF CHROME KIDNEY GRILL FOR 2000 BMW 330 SEI E46 SALOON)

We were fairly pleased with this bumper as the chrome was in good condition and it is a good price but it was very badly corroded on the inside and just about usable. My husband had to treat the rust by painting over it.

Part eventually arrived & was as described but the deliverer refused group allow me to inspect the item before signing so I strongly suggest you change your disclaimer procedure as it's clearly ineffective !
