was very dissapointed with andrai telling me my car door did not need boxed or wrapped up booked a courier £58 which ive still not been refunded for when courier came wouldnt take it as not wrapped up then andrai tells me tnt wont very poor customer care and advice would deal with you again but not andrai

The incorrect part arrived a week after placing the order. Despite providing the registration for the vehicle, the part was for a different model of the same car. It was larger than the other door mirror and the wiring bus was incompatible for the car it is intended for. We have adapted it to allow short-term usage until the correct item can be sourced.

parts sent on web said good and fit for purpose same day gearbox lost all it oil spent money having box fitting not HAPPY refund money for box very good not for fitting very poor as box sold all good refund for fitting should have been paid J P Hares

The item arrived promptly, but the packaging was soggy cardboard and the electrical item within was wet. There was no delivery note or paperwork of any kind included in the package. When I checked the email correspondance to see how to get in touch with the seller, I noticed a disclaimer saying that returns are not possible once the buyer has signed for the package, and recommending that people ask the delivery driver to wait while they open the package and examine the contents. I can just imagine the driver's reaction if I had tried that! Luckily the item, once dried out, did work and there was no need to fight over returning it. I did email with another query and had no reply, I managed to work it out for myself but was not impressed at the lack of response. Personally I would not order from these people again, they were the cheapest but I would rather pay a little more for some actual customer service.

Partsgateway itself is great, however some of the company's are not,I purchased a bumper from the bumper company,paid £90 which was reasonable, it was the colour I wanted , (black), but came grey , tried phoning bumper co. No joy , tried a few more times,no joy , eventually some one answered, said they would text me details about return,no joy , the next day I managed to get through, the person was ignorant ,but sent text with details, and expect me to pay and organise all about the return , so can't be bothered with them , even though it cost me £90 which I won't see again, but I can get it sprayed for £400, bit off a joke really.

There was received within the time mentioned but the state of wing wasn't how they described it. The part was that out of shape and it doesn't fit the car properly. The part should of been sold in the condition I received it.

They are very good for how quick they can get a part to you but the gear box I received was the wrong gearbox i need one that fits a single cam Jimny engine they sent me one that fits a twin cam engine

The idea of putting your reg in, made me think I would get the correct part for my xsara picasso. I was wrong. Got the wrong oil filler cap.

Bought a replacement bonnet and payed the full price , called couple days later to be told it would be sent out later that afternoon. After no item arriving after 5 working days called Motorhog (suppliers) to be told Sorry could not find a courier to deliver to North East Scotland. So when was i going to be told this ? Did pay refund in full 2 days after they said it would be done. Buyers North East or Grampian region beware and ask before buying from this supplier.

The company that I dealt with supplies the wrong part and said the price paid plus the carriage would be refunded. They firstly refunded the item charge but not the carriage even though I enclosed it with the return parcel as requested. When I queried why the carriage cost had not been refunded, they said the receipt I sent must have been mislaid and requested a copy, which I had made. i emailed a copy of the receipt as requested but did nit get the refund. So future buyers BEWARE!

so far they have sent the wrong part this is so frustrating why dont they concentrate when packing? Waiting to see what will happen now. Garage has wng mirror but cant fit as its an electric one not manual as requested and paid for.

Part arrived o k , but when I fitted it the brake lights did not work. As I only wanted the outer part of the light , I used the inner part that holds the bulbs from my existing unit with the new outer part. This works perfectly

I confess I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Having clearly specified on Parts Gateway that I was looking for an offside/driver's side rear light cluster for a Ford Ranger 2007, the results emailed were for 2008 model(-2011) or 2015 model. I didn't check (since my original request clearly specified 2007), so ended up ordering one of the offers. I only realised it was for a 2015 model when it arrived; further... despite my request for an offside fitting, the part delivered was for a nearside!!) a) I think you should ensure that those offering parts read the request carefully so that I (and others) only receive offers for the part actually requested. b) I am continuing to have problems with that supplier, who keep stalling about sending me a returns label for a wrong part which was THEIR fault (on both counts) NOT impressed

Received item as promised, unfortunately I ordered regulator for Nissan Micra 3 door, but was sent 5 door type, this would not fit. Item has been returned pending refund.

Lamp unit had missing fixing bracket no response from supply to my complaint. Delivery and packing excellent so no complaints there. Managed to fit lamp as needed to be able to use car
