“l was a bit nervous about ordering on line ...as l.m not really Internet friendly .but ordering the spare part for my car was very easy ..just clicked on the site .typed in what l needed ..and parts gateway found the part l needed. Simple.. if l can do it anyone can. l.n 74 and not sure what k was doing.. so a big Thank you.”

“The supplier was put in contact with my garage and my mechanic was assured the complete mechanism was included in my door loch. The received item is the motor and cable but dose not include the part to. Link it to a door handle, The part specifically described in the search and again verified with the supplier by my mechanic. . I now need instructions on how to get my money back and how an item should be returned. I will then start again looking for the part I need. The supplier obviously has the correct vehicle so should be able to supply the part linking the door handle to the cables to release the door .”

“Very helpful and efficient. The only difficulty is that they don't take credit cards, so it is debit cards which is harder to trust when you don't know the company.”
