“Process was very slow. I accepted the the bumper on 17th January. On Friday 19th I was told it would be sent out on Monday 22nd to arrive on Tuesday. Nothing happened. I called the company and was told that the salesman I was dealing with was off. On Wednesday 24th I was sent a picture of the bumper, which I accepted. There was also the offer of a bonnet, which after a day’s delay on my part I declined. On Thursday 25th I was told it would be dispatched. Finally arrived late afternoon on Monday 29th.”
