“Really easy to place an order request on line. Within half an hour I received the first notification of the part being available. Altogether I had four offers. I ordered the following day. The supplier was very helpful and friendly, and despatched the part within an hour of me ordering it. Good, no hassle experience.”

“This is the second time that I have used PartsGateway, and I find it a very useful resource. Both times, coincidently, have been for supply of rear light clusters - although for different cars. The first was in March 2020. I bought from Silverlake, and was very impressed with the quality of the part received - it looked pretty well pristine. This recent purchase was from 1st Choice, and was less impressive; there appears to be no damage, and the part looks functional, but it is poorly presented, and I feel the need to spend time giving it a good clean before I would want to put it on the car. And it took 13 days to arrive!! (Despatch email on Day 6 - no great urgency there then; Delivery on Day 13).”

“The only criticism I have is that your computer system didn't know where Guernsey Channel Islands was and didn't add the postage charge, the wing mirror would have sat there awaiting collection if I hadn't phoned to pay the postage. The member of staff I spoke to was brilliant and had a very good sense of humour.”
