“Unfortunately the description of the part required included the word 'hatchback' when it should have been 'spaceback' resulting in quotes for the wrong item. Eurowagens refunded the cost very quickly.”

“The bolt holding hinge together was missing,I used bolt from the old hinge but discovered the threads in new one had been damaged so bolt had just been thrown away,also the roller on hinge spring will not turn but hopefully I will be able to sort it. For £66 it was not a good deal.”

“I've never bought car parts before so I felt assured when I saw contact details and the offer of assistance if required. Delivery came on time as expected and the part was it very good condition. Would've had a 6 but the packaging was little short of abysmal.... an extremely manky piece of torn up box.... sadly I felt the company let themselves down on that score... however I would buy from them again and recommend.”

“My only problem was, ordered part on a Saturday, great get a message saying part to be delivered following Monday, waited in all day, part came on Tuesday, apart from that ok”

“Reason for the acceptable review is that there is no clear location to confirm that you have bought an item, i.e order history page. I was unnervey that i didnt know of my order truly went through as the part was still available in quotes to purchase”

“Price, despatch. packaging & delivery etc all very good. I checked the item over immediately but failed to notice a small hole in the black cover (below) and a couple of broken plastic fixing clips at the top of the fixing bracket that slot into the car body. The hole isn't a problem, but you should have mentioned it in the details on-line. I've fixed the mirror on securely with the bolt - but I hope it will be secure enough at high speeds without the clips!!!”
