Advertised next day delivery which I needed as had mechanic set and ready to do the repair. Next day took 4 days, so not happy and out of pocket with mechanic.

Bad experience for the first time using PartsGateway, they sent me wrong part and when I already typed in my car registration number. Ive sent email to them never heard anything back. Wasted my money for nothing.

Part should have been delivered in 2 days ordered on 20th August received on 30th August hard to get hold of supplier, and eventually when I did they were not very helpful, however when the part did arrive it was in good working. order.

Ordered a bmw rear bumper Service was great, all my questions answered with a quick response, delivery came on time, price was competitive. The bumper was very dirty and covered with mud, I had to fill a bucket to remove it which is crazy. Condition was reflecting the price I guess but I directly asked the seller two questions, if there is any damage such as dents or deep scratches which can not be removed through a respray and also asked are all the clips intact, the seller responded no panel damage except light scratches and all clips are fine. Most clips were broken and there is a significant dent in the bumper, I'm not too fussy I will get the bumper on but if I knew this before buying I wouldn't have purchased.

Unfortunately your mechanic lets you down, the first axle the bearing had gone so this cost me £400 to have mine taken off and this one put in then the second axle was worse then it took 2 more weeks to return my money ...

CORRECT PARTS WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS HAD TO GO HOME TO PICK UP TWO OFFSIDE DOORS (HEAVY)OR WAIT FOR REDELIVERY DRIVER STAY THERE TILL I GOT THERE THEN WENT ON HIS WAY

Actual website is good and easy to use, unfortunately I have ordered a part from one supplier, Nottsford and they sent me the wrong part. I have emailed them 3 times and still no response. I sent the part back the same day it arrived as it was totally wrong light lens, but still no reply even after taking my money. Will not use again.

paid for a part from ted brennan motors ltd and never arrived so got in touch only to be told that myhermes said it was lost in the post ,,,, pure lies..not happy at all.

Wrong part arrived and could not contact Partsgateway as phone never answered and contact form impossible to complete as supplier is not listed. Very frustrating and will not be using again.

This parts never arrived. While i contact them they said parts has been delivered to neighbors but while i ask them for house number they dont provide me. I ask my neighbors about parts they said no one has taken. This will be my first and last platform to buy parts. So people dont waste your money by placing order from this platform.

Parts gateway initially did ok, giving me a quote from Silverlake Garage in Southampton for a used headlamp, which I followed up and paid them and received an email a few days later from Parts Gateway saying it had been dispatched, but after three days I contacted Silverlake who said the headlamp turned out to be broken so they couldn't supply one and didn't know why I had received a dispatch notification. I then had to ask them to refund my payment! Not very good!

Still waiting for parts ,received phone call to say they had a problem with carrier last week .we were informed that new carrier would be found and they would send bumper asap .an update on status would be great before we can post review

The replies came quickly but in all cases the amounts quoted were not honoured. One of the supplier BMS parts was extremely rude. Didn’t buy from him

Unfortunately, the part for my Jag did not work when delivered. The locking mechanism in the OSR door locking mech was u/s. A shame as it was quite a difficult job to get the mech out of the door.
