“Nobody answers my request and there is not any direct and clear instruction to return the product. I'm going to return the product but I send 2 emails to different email addresses nothing received.”

“Got me what I wanted at a decent price, and quite fast too. Minor quibbles: no communication from supplier so delivery came as a (nice) surprise; shortname of supplier written in marker on the item in a visible place, better if soemwhere not visible.”

“Purchased a rear o/s lamp cluster for a 2013 Honda Jazz. The part arrived in good condition and has now been easily fitted. It was considerably cheaper than a new one which, in my opinion was ridiculously expensive. Ordered one day delivered well packed the next. No complaints!”

“They immediately found the only old car door there was available , great price compared with my previous research and the delivery price included and again the best i had seen compared with elsewhere. It was such a pleasant surprise that there still exists proper service , they ring and keep you in the loop and i got 11.00 am-2.00pm time, packaging was great , courier was great [Aston Villa geezer , well friendly] Even "back in the day" this is a great company that really knows its stuff and walks the walk , did i mention the great pricing ? I can safely say i am proper chuffed.”

“I had absolutely no issues. I found the car window I needed online but phoned also, just to confirm a 100% match, and had confirmation very quickly. Dispatch was slowed by the 4-day bank holiday weekend but it arrived as predicted when it should have and was very well (possibly over?) packaged to avoid damage.”
