“I was searching for a door handle by registration number. I've found one, ordered it and they send me a door handle that doesn't fit my car?! I emailed to send it back and ask for a refund but no reply. Not happy”

“Your product is fine and I have eventually received both items however Tuffnells have let you down very badly. The delivery was advertised as next day guaranteed but due to the current situation I understand that might not have been possible. Ordered on Tuesday and Tuffnells delivered package two out of two packages and had no idea where the first one was. I had intended to pack a house up on the weekend of 20/21 June. I eventually got in touch with real person at Tuffnells (Aaron at Belvedere) who assured me it could be delivered to an address in Gillingham on Monday 22 June. I contacted them and they said they would reroute it to Bromley for Wednesday. On Monday i had a email saying it was on its way but they delivered it to the Bromley address where it was not signed for and just left outside unattended until I returned home on Tuesday(23 June) evening. Utterly appalling service ! So much so if I ever need any more I will go to a competitor”
