“We ordered a part and was told it would be 2-3 days, 3 days later we relieved an email to say that it had been dispatched and if we did not receive within a timely manner to phone the company. Bearing in mind we have a vehicle off the road and timescale is urgent! We phoned to be told they were about to send it, then they stopped answering the phone until we used a different number.... left a bad review and got an instant refund, not helpful at all!”

“recieved item and appeared to be okay but did notice a red dot on one of the struts it was not until I came fit that realized there was a securing spring missing needless to say on the one marked with a red dot luckily I managed to use one of the old springs from the strut I was replacing, the supplier obviously new the spring was missing and had marked it with a dred dot but still supplied it anyway !!!”
