“I initially had an issue with the first item I purchased from a dealer who after accepting my oayment informed me that the pricw givenwas actually for one item and not the pair advertised and invoiced for.The also added an extra deluvery surcharge. I asked that dealer to cancel the order and refund so that I could make another request and the dealer put up the price again. I decided instead to buy my part from NIrro in Chelmsford and I am very happy with their service. I could not find an explanation your website about howyour member sellers are vetted.”

“Got me what I wanted at a decent price, and quite fast too. Minor quibbles: no communication from supplier so delivery came as a (nice) surprise; shortname of supplier written in marker on the item in a visible place, better if soemwhere not visible.”

“I found it difficult to order my item. When I entered the details a different options of the urn came up and I had to scroll a lot to get to my one. The system was slow, so when I was trying to enter all details it took so long I thought it had crash several times I actually rung the supplier to explain. Whilst I was talking to him the site and the correct page appeared and I was able to order, this part was easy. I received a lot of messages from other suppliers offering me the item , I’m clicked to the page to stop the request but it didn’t work I am aware this could all be me BUT as a customer I wasn’t able to navigate easily around the website. Hope this helps anyway The delivery was very quick and it was the correct item Thank you”
