I found it difficult to order my item. When I entered the details a different options of the urn came up and I had to scroll a lot to get to my one. The system was slow, so when I was trying to enter all details it took so long I thought it had crash several times I actually rung the supplier to explain. Whilst I was talking to him the site and the correct page appeared and I was able to order, this part was easy.
I received a lot of messages from other suppliers offering me the item , I’m clicked to the page to stop the request but it didn’t work
I am aware this could all be me BUT as a customer I wasn’t able to navigate easily around the website.
