Seems to have very limited due diligence in place around the suppliers it works with. Dispute resolution is poor, with systems for contacting suppliers not working and little interest taken in resolving this or reaching a satisfactory outcome. Messages back from Parts Gateway are regular but don't say anything more than 'contact the supplier'. If the supplier is uncontactable or does not respond you're on your own
