“Parts gateway has help with our business in locating used parts as sometimes buying new is just to expensive. The most worrying part of buying second hand is the part going to be OK not broken and correct for the vehicle. As a garage it is very difficult when the part is wrong or damaged in getting our customer to cover costs like return carriage costs. On the whole with a few exceptions the company's on parts gateway are really good.”

“Good and easy site to use, I used to use a rival site but once I found Parts Gateway that was it, no comparison, all suppliers contacted are shown on screen. It takes less than 5 minutes to fill in the online form, you then wait for the detailed quotes to come to your inbox, you decide which one and mostly order online via a link provided. 10/10”

“The item was the one requested works perfectly, a bit of a game removing the glove box and getting the screws back in to the resister block, ill get my grandson to fit it, if there is a next time, postage was a bit long winded five days from order to be fare two days after being notified it had been dispatch.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE, BUT SOME OF THE SUPPLIERS DON'T SUPPLY THE PARTS YOU ASK FOR, THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY, I.E. WHEN YOU ASK FOR A COMPLETE BUMPER, THEY SEND YOU A BUMPER WITH OUT THE TRIM, THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY, A COMPLETE BUMPER SHOULD BE COMPLETE WITH BRACKETS, TRIM ETC. ANOTHER SUPPLIER SENT A TAIL LIGHT WITH OUT THE LED BULBS, THEN ASKED FOR £65 MORE, I COULD BUY ONE FROM THE DEALERS FOR THE SAME PRICE”

“Very pleased with the Nissan Xtrail bumper that we purchased (secondhand), both price and condition of item are satisfactory. Delivery was one day later than expected, but this may have been due to our having to change the original delivery date, followed by a misunderstanding on our part.”

“Ordered a rear Volvo light and received within a few days. I thought the delivery was steep at £18 to the ROI (expected it the next day for that money but it took 3). Also charged VAT on the part which is fine but also on the delivery? Didn't think that was necessary for a delivery service so added another few quid to an already high cost. Got the part in great condition so it worked out well.”
