The people I dealt with were very helpful unfortunatley in both cases the incorrect part was sent not the part no I asked so I have had to go to a main Ford dealer which is obviously alot more expensive.

Easy to get quotes and I like the add picture function. Buyer should have a profile and feedback too as I have purchased a great deal from here. It'd good for sellers to see I am in the trade and not a private buyer as it allows them to cut straight to the chase and talk shop a lot easier. Also from my point of view the seller doesn't have a chance to treat me like a mug! Really bad thing is there is no come back at all. I don't feel as though there is any support from the site for disputes etc. I have had parts sent that don't work and then argued with the seller about returns. Some refuse to pay for their return when the part is faulty. This is Against distant sellers regs. Some have even refused to accept returns! I have gone through my credit card company and obtained money back etc but it is hassle!
