Don't know how to rate the service. I had a quote in 24 hours (5*). However the part sent (48 hours =5*) was incorrect (required part for roadster was sent part for roadster) 0*. Have emailed supplier have had no reply 0*.

I was bitterly disappointed with my purchase of the corolla rims they were extremely rusty and not in a suitable condition to fit new tyres too and they will require grit blasting and re-painting before fitting. Having been quoted £160.00 for this on top of the £100.00 I paid for the rims makes it a rather expensive mistake, When new wheels cost £160.00.

I ordered driver shafts for Volvo s40 and they send me another part dozen fit and they send the delivery to pick up the part after 10 days and not even day call me wen arrive bicause the part it was prepared outside the door just I expect to call me and to say we're is the part re sone I Was at work and day not collect Saturday and now I have to send back by my self on my money.

The service was fine, only that the part I ordered was in worse shape than the one I wanted to replace. While I thought the ad said new, it wasn't so I will make sure I order a new part next time.

Received my rear wiper blade and arm for a ford KA the wiper blade was completely bald which resulted in me having to buy a new blade so in effect it cost me more money !

I received the wrong part. When I went online I asked for the 'Drivers side Indicator unit', didn't check the description properly and got a passenger side one instead so not very happy as has cost me extra in postage and I have now had to get somebody else to locate it for me.

not pleased with the delivery, meant to be a 24hr delivery at a cost of £12, but actually took 6 days to arrive, happy with the part, but not happy that my car was off the road for 5-6 days awaiting delivery.

Looking at the quotes message history, I see the seller sent you the following message:- "Hi, After contacting city link, it appears as they have lost your parcel, a replacement will be sent out today to be delivered for tomorrow ! My e mail address and post code kept coming up invalid,when I typed it in,to see price ov part,had to phone shop itself to order goods,so the internet side wasn't good.
