The reason that I have given a poor rating ,is that the parts that I was sent was the wrong ECU kit.and I had to send the parts back at my expense.it cost me additional 12.98. I have spoken to Leeanne @ heybrook autos and she agreed that I would be refunded my money.

Got sent the part but it was wrong. For drum brakes not disk brakes. Retailer unwilling to pay for sending back. Meanwhile my mechanic had found a correct part and ordered it because we needed to get a move on. Result: I'm out of pocket. Retailer agreed to give me a refund less his cost for the part (£16). Still out of pocket. Impossible realistically to have a procedure which insists customer signs on receipt of goods. With spare car parts the mechanic can't tell if the part is correct until he's unpacked it and fitted it (tried to fit it) onto the car. Not my words, the mechanic's words. How many frustrated customers like this out there?

Ordering and Delivery of rear light assembly from Nottingham Ford Dismantlers was prompt. Part received by courier. (When opened from heavy wrapping it was not acceptable as it was heavily discoloured, no match for opposite side light unit. Even garage remarked they would not advise fitting it), The Email from NFD advising that it should be inspected whilst the courier waited arrived near delivery time or after he had gone. I explained and described my concerns on next day Friday 23rd Oct. They advised me to return it via their courier, which they would arrange. After several phone calls requesting the collection to be made I am still waiting for the part to be collected and money refunded in accordance with agreement.

Delivery wasnt on time but other than that i cant complain just wouldnt need to be in a panic.

The door check strap that I received was filthy and very badly worn, I will be very surprised if it lasts very long, if this is the standard the company's you represent hand out parts in that condition then the feed back will be not very good, next time I will go and get the parts myself from a local dealer at least I'll be able to see what I'm getting.

The reason I put poor was you put I needed a brake caliper not so the other order what went pear shaped passenger airbag loom for 2012 clio RSC sent me one for a 2013 then after seven phone calls I spoke to the manager kierran then said I gave the wrong year as you know I gave 2012 it has now cost me 13 pounds in postage for a article I did not order

Brilliant on delivery of part ONCE it came into stock, some 10 days. However from 'phone call offering the item it rocketed in price from £56 to £85. Far more than if I'd obtained from my usual source. For this I would have had to await their stock order delivery. In the long term this is exactly what the situation was with supplier. Searched for a headlamp for a renault messenger. They said they had that part. When delivered it was a headlamp for a renault traffic. Totally different headlamp. Just cost me £13 to send it back. Not happy.

Delivery of the card reader was quick and on time, I opened the parcel before I signed for it as requested. The card reader was fine but it didn't occur to me to take out the card from the reader. When I got home and took the card out of the reader it's insides were rattling about so I wasn't surprised that it didn't work. I then sent the card away to another company for repair and it still doesn't work. I've paid £35 for the reader and another £28 for the card repair and I'm no further forward.

PART SENT WAS WRONG COLOUR.STILL AWAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT PART WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND UP TO ME.

I ordered a light fitting with the auto direction adjuster inside , the fitting that came did not have this , It hasn't stopped me using it though , but when you are restoring a classic car authentic correct parts are the most important part of the whole restoration

Ref: 27993675. The possible supplier (Tristar) were slow in dispatching, and then sent my purchase to the wrong address. I got a completely different part, which Parcel force took away at once as I wanted a wiper motor, not part of an axle and hub. They recovered my part, had it sent on to me, but it was the wrong unit. They found another slightly damaged unit, but it was not useable. They are refunding my cost at least. I found the correct unit elsewhere.

Very expensive for a second hand propshaft & on arrival the universal joints were really notchy & will probably not last very long.

The supplier clearly indicated on the invoice and on the website that I should check if the product is damaged before accepting the delivery. They sent me my item via royal mail and the clerk who delivered it said he has not got time for me to check the item and secondly that he will not allow me to open it unless I accept the item. He also stated that if I open the item it has to be taken by me but if I want to send it back I am not allowed to open it. So we had a little argument as the company regulations clearly stated that I should check the product first as if it is damaged I shouldn't accept it. I just took the product to avoid any further argument and i would like to know what process I should follow in the future.

The part required was found very quickly and despatched and received without damage. However the part requested was for 2007 model Vivaro Van but the item supplied was for the 2004 model which was a different moulding it was fitted but required a lot of adaption and cutting to get it to fit which could have been avoided if someone had checked the part before offering it(It had a 2004 reference stamped on it).

1.) The supplier sent the wrong colour wing mirror, when I ask for a standard black one, so I now I have to either paint both wing mirrors black or purchase another mirror in black, I will not therefore be purchasing through PartsGateway LTD again. 2.) The rear door lock solenoid did not function, so had to purchase another one elsewhere. It go's without saying that I will not be using PartsGateway Ltd again.
