“Bought a part. Order confirmed, money taken, dispatch confirmed 2 days later. No part 6 days later so phoned and was told they couldn’t supply the part as they didn’t have one. Sorry heres your money back. Why the bloody hell did i have to phone to get my money back as it shouldn’t have been taken in the first place if they didn’t have the part!!!! Cant actually give zero stars”
