“Whilst non-delivery is disappointing and reflects badly on the courier, the team at Paramount have done everything possible to locate the missing plant and make redress. I would purchase from here again, perhaps when trading conditions have improved.”

“I was fairly nervous ordering a large conifer for delivery but is was in perfect condition when it got here. The final leg of it’s journey was by one on of local haulage firms Overall a good experience Thanks again”

“This is the second time I have used this company and both times the experience was very positive. I have only been able to source certain shrubs from them and recently ordered a lilac tree and two pampas grasses. All the plants have been healthy except one which they substituted immediately. There communication from order to delivery is excellent. I would highly recommend using this company especially for shrubs. I will be ordering again from them in the future”
