“The plants were all in good condition, but the delivery timescale was slow. Communication was ok, but I think some improvement needed on timescales.”

We are adhering to government guidelines - processing everything with social distancing and contactless delivery inevitably takes a little longer at this time. Thank you Karen

“We ordered some grasses and some hardy palms from Paramount. Although, during the lock-down, the delivery was (obviously) slightly delayed, we were kept well informed as to what was happening at each stage. When I did have a question, it was answered promptly-just great! The plants were delivered by a cheerful delivery driver and the plants were of good quality. Would order again!”
