“After trying to purchase the same plant, a Japanese Sago, via another seller and having been let down with mis-information and delays for weeks, the team at Paramount have been excellent in comparison regarding the delivery. In addition, the plant arrived which was completely as described, in very healthy condition and packaged in a very good manner. Thoroughly pleased with the plant and the service.”

“I ordered 20 Red Robin plants to use as hedging along our fence line. The plants arrived on a pallet delivered by a very helpful driver, Duly unloaded and watered straight away as recommended. Having dug the holes and now planted they look great, thank you. Size was as described and despite there being a lot of leaf drop when we unwrapped them they have provided an instant hedge as we wanted. Once established and bushed out they will be a beautiful addition, especially as they change colour. Thank you to Paramount Plants for excellent service, we will be ordering again. Laurence and Pat”

“Diamond blue spruce tree came about a week earlier than expected. Good communication from the company and was delivered exactly as instructed in the email. It has pride of place in my garden and looks really beautiful. Thank you”

“Whilst the description of the height is correct I think it would be good to inform customers of the width. They are very thin. I purchased some of these last year from somewhere else and whilst the height was the same they were a lot fuller. I was very disappointed when they arrived, very anticlimactic.”

“Unfortunately the 4 Photinia red robins looked as though they had not seen any water for some time. I had to water them for several days and they have come back to life but have as a result shed 50% of their leaves leaving the shrubs a little sad and certainly not worth the £240 i paid for them. I will not be purchasing plants again from this company”
