“Tried other suppliers in the past but Paramount are the best. The specimens are top quality, resilient and beautiful. We are in Hertfordshire, all Paramount plant seem to work very well in our clay/chalk soil. You really cant go wrong.”

“Ordered 28 Thuja Smaragd although the plants are good I was a little disappointed on the height, would have been great if the majority of them were closer to the 2m mark rather than 1.7m. The bamboo I could not fault, perfectly healthy great looking plant with the height I wanted. Would have been a very good if it wasn't for the slight disappointment.”

“The ordering process was easy although I was a little surprised at the £90 delivery charge which only became clear when my Paypal payment page came up. I don't object to the charge but would have liked to have been aware of it earlier in the process, I was kept informed of when the delivery would arrive and the delivery guy was very pleasant and didn't mind carrying the tree to a secure location a short distance from the front gate. Ciara was on her way and I couldn't lift it! The tree looks healthy and the root ball was well covered. It will be a while before I know if the tree will grow (and it is an elm so it could be 20 years before I know if it is Dutch Elm Disease resistant) but fingers crossed and Paramount could not have done more.”

Hi Linda Thanks for your positive review. I'm sorry to hear you didn't realise the cost of the delivery until the payment stage. Just to say, our delivery of live plants depends on the size of the plants in your basket and the postcode for delivery. We do display the delivery cost on the checkout page once you've added your postcode. It's also displayed on the checkout review page, both of these are before you go to the final payment page. We also have a Delivery Price Check button at the basket stage, where you can check the price by entering your postcode before going to the checkout. We do take your comments on board and will review the prominence of these with our team. We're pleased you're happy with your tree and our customer service. Thank you Karen
