“Although the plants were out of stock when ordered I was kept informed as to the hopeful delivery date. When the plants came into stock they were delivered promptly. Although, would have been good to have communication regarding delivery day as was not at home when delivery made. All in all pleased with service.”

I have checked your order on our system and I can see that we sent your delivery email on 17-12-2019 at 16:38:02, to notify you that delivery was scheduled for the 19th December between 8-6pm - I am sorry if you didn't see the email. “I got conflicting delivery times, which was irritating. It was only when I e mailed that lo the tree had come in! What a coincidence!! The rootball was massive and in solid clay. I think customers should be advised of the size and weight. It took 4 of us to manhandle the tree into the hole.”

“so far so good.. arrived in a few days good condition and correct height etc... delivery man was a bit grumpy as it was heavy.. and really a 2 man job and he was on his own. Ordering process was easy and quick.”
