“We were very pleased with our dealings with Paramount Plants, They kept us up to date with the progress of our order, the trees were delivered on time, on the day they promised, by a friendly and helpful driver. The trees were better than expected, slightly larger than detailed and looking so healthy! Budding up beautifully (early March) We are looking forward to seeing them progress over the coming months.”

“Choosing and ordering from the web site was easy. Slight problem when website said plants were in stock when they had none. This resulted in later delivery of plants when I was away for two weeks and plants were left in a public place. I emailed to change the delivery date but got no response. As it was, all was well.”

“The plants were well described and the online purchasing process went smoothly. I was kept informed about delivery, and the date was within the period originally estimated. On the day, a narrower delivery slot would have been welcome, but the plants arrived early on in the specified slot and were in good condition.”

“Ordered some thuja from Paramount Plants, they sent them on the date I requested and kept me updated on delivery. The trees are in the best condition possible, far healthier and thicker than any I’ve seen in garden centres. Beautifully packed for transit and I have every confidence they will form a magnificent hedge in a very short time. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase, thank you.”
