“This was the third time we have bought from Paramount plants. The ordering process is very straight forward, communication from the company re delivery is good, delivery was as promised and the trees arrived in good condition. Additionally I always find Paramount's prices very competitive. A trouble free purchase.”

“The two berberis shrubs I ordered arrived on time & in excellent condition, delivered by a very helpful driver. They are now very attractive additions to my local community gardens. “Paramount were brilliant from the very beginning as I called with several questions before ordering online. They kept me up to speed regarding delivery and even took a photo of where they had left it. And, when I had a few questions after receipt of the tree, they were very happy to answer. The tree is healthy and beautiful and looks just as I had hoped it would.”

“The pyrus calleryana capital trees I ordered were very straight and look healthy. The branches were carefully bound up to avoid damage. This is the 4th lot of trees I have ordered from Paramount.”

“Rootballs arrived in excellent condition and were exactly as promised as regards height. Price was very competitive too. They look perfect planted as initial screening for the backdrop to fountain and some tiny formal planting. Just need to wait and watch their progress! Would recommend Paramount.”

“I have used the company on two other occasions and never been disappointed with the service and quay if the plants.i do shop bc around for deals however find paramount plant’s the mist competitive in price with no compromise on quality and service. Would certainly recommend them”

“Paramount Plants could not have been more helpful. I purchased 3 holly trees from them They checked for matches with the nursery while I was on the phone. Gave me contact of a person to plant and held delivery until convenient no problem.i would definately use them again.”

“We had to wait over a month for our Trees to arrive. Every week I got a template e-mail saying certain trees were due in on the Friday then nothing, then the same email the following week. This meant we had to leave our clients garden and return at a later date, loosing us money and upsetting the client. We have been offered 2 x free deliveries which is of no value as I'm not keen on ordering again! Also think we may still be waiting for a refund on one tree that wasn't supplied. The tree's we did receive were of a good standard but the damage was already done.”

“We were concerned about delivery as the company had the tree for a long time before we received it, but it arrived and looked fine, it is now planted and we cannot wait to see leaves on it this spring, hopefully we will enjoy it for many years”
