“Website was very easy to negotiate, Cherry Laurel plants I ordered were delivered in a very healthy condition and slightly bigger than I expected, which was good, And very competitively priced, these are now planted to form a hedge in my garden. Great service.”

“Delivered the wrong plant: somewhat cheaper than the one we have paid for. Paramount agreed to replace it five days ago, but have not yet notified me when this will happen. Problems can happen (especially during a pandemic) but for these prices, we would expect a better resolution of the problem.”

“We recently visited Caerhays in Cornwall to see the Magnolia collection and decided we wanted to buy a yellow magnolia for our cottage garden. We came across Paramount plants on line and as we are all in lockdown decided to spend out on a yellow magnolia called butterfly. Delivery was quick, communications and excellent and our tree arrived securely strapped to a mini pallet. I missed a call from the driver to alert me the tree had arrived but he called twice more to ensure he let me know personally. At the time of ordering I thought delivery charges were high but I think it was worth it. Lovely tree thank you”

“The ordering process was simple but while I give full allowance for the extraordinary times we are all facing with Coronavirus restrictions, the delivery time was nonetheless very slow - not helped by the carrier messing up the shipping and initially sending the order to the wrong end of the country - although this only added one more day to a wait time of weeks and of course is in no way the fault of Paramount. The plant (bamboo) was very well packaged but was bone dry. It arrived in fair conditition but certainly not great. Due to becoming so dry, every leaf has brown, dried out edges so at the moment, it's not looking healthy and definitely not worth the price tag. Had it been in a garden centre, it definitely would have been in the 'reduced to clear' section. That being said, it's only for the fact I know how resilient and fast growing this particular type of bamboo is, combined with not wishing to wait almost another 4 weeks for any replacement that I'm sticking with it. The new growth will not take very long and will quickly take the place of the old to improve the overall appearance. I'd possibly use Paramount plants again, albeit with some degree of hesitation.”

“I wanted a large specimen of viburnum plicatum Kilimanjaro. I could not believe how hard it was to find one over 1 metre. Then I discovered Paramount and couldn’t believe how easy it was to get just what I wanted. A perfect specimen of 1.5m in full flower at a very reasonable price, delivered on time by a cheerful helpful driver. My nursery of choice for future purchases. Well done.”
