“Very good service and positive experience overall, particularly as order was placed during widespread lockdown for covid-19. Communication was clear and accurate from Paramount and the order was delivered on time and in great condition.”

“Really pleased with the plants and the service. Customer service has been great, prompt contact, very helpful, and everything arrived when you said it would. Lovely mature shrubs in great condition and robustly packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and, indeed, have since bought further shrubs from Paramount. Thanks very much!”

“An excellent range of plants, including hard-to-find ones. Communication was excellent throughout, and the plants were delivered exactly when specified without any issues. I can’t specifically review the plants as I haven’t seen them, but the recipient of the gift seemed happy :)”

“Great contact from Paramount Plants regarding delivery time. Plant was delivered early in said day, with a call for delivery driver beforehand. Our Japanese maple was the size we were expecting and in healthy condition. Will order from here again !”

“Whilst non-delivery is disappointing and reflects badly on the courier, the team at Paramount have done everything possible to locate the missing plant and make redress. I would purchase from here again, perhaps when trading conditions have improved.”
