“All going well. Large healthy plants were delivered. Postage / delivery charges are a too high!!! Shame or I would order more.”

Hi Nigel We're very pleased you're happy with your plant order. Just to explain about our delivery costs, these are determined by the size of the plants in the order and the postcode location of the customer - not the number of plants in the order. So whether you order 1 plant or 10 plants (of the same size) the delivery cost would be the same. I'm sure you will appreciate, we are delivering live plants and ensuring they arrive in tiptop condition. We look forward to being of service in the future. Thank you Karen

“It took a bit of time to receive the plants. But my order was big and we are in challenging times so I'm glad that the came through. Plants are very healthy and big. Thank you. I would definitely consider buying more of your plants in the future.”

“trees arrived and had only just been-potted so the rootball lifted out of the pot , been in seven days and they are not looking very good”

“Communication very poor. Arranged a delivery date only to find trees had been delivered on a different date when no one was in and just left leaning against my house on an open drive way that anyone could have taken. Not the best way to deliver some expensive items. Trees not really like images on website either.Good luck”

“Bought 100 ilex crenata, plants arrived early in the day fantastic hoping to get them In the ground straight away , but they were packed on there sides soil so dry most of it had fell out so might as well have been bare root . Stood all plants upright in there crates and plunged them into water for a few hours and then had to re pot them all, I've been nursing them ever since, they are tough plants thank goodness they do look well considering just waiting for new growth before I plant them in there final position , time will tell.”
